Book about App Football
My name is Mike McMackin. I have just published a book about my college football experiences and as an App grad, there are a lot of App stories in it. It's called Gridiron Journeys: How I Fell In Love With College Football. It's not all App, many of the games are from other schools, but I have stories from the '83 Wake game, '07 Michigan, '08 Wofford (and the story behind how tailgating got to the level it is now) '09 Montana, wins over the Carolinas in '19 and the first 3 weeks of the '22 season.
