Seems like TE is the position where we get the most / best players. I love to see those guys utilized alot in the passing game.

Dowell has the issue of being Not An App State Guy so many won't give him as much grace as they would an App State Guy.

If anything we should hold an App State Guy to a higher standard and expect them to turn it around quicker since they would know the culture better than an outsider and won't need nearly the same adjustment period.

It's the same standard no matter the coach and pedigree. Winning every...single ....game, Winning conference division and SBC championship every year. That should be the standard.

Will it happen, probably not ...but that should be the standard. We should be disappointed in any game we lose.

The rest is somewhat outside our control in terms of bowl game selection, NY6 bowl or playoffs. We hope for the best from the selection committees.

Things have changed. It is now about money. It no longer matters where any coach or player came from. They are being paid to win. Nothing else really matters.
