That sounds right.
Me personally, I want to guarantee free admission to as many students as possible. I think it's part of App State's mission as a public university. And having 10K students at every home game makes the atmosphere what it is. Take that away in exchange for money and you could lose both ways in the long time.
I’ve stated it before and I’ll reiterate, if they limit the students’ ability to get in, I will stop going in protest.
Our student section is a right of passage and makes KBS special. I appsolutely love that our program gives the student body end to end lower level, behind the bench premium seating that now extends through Miller Hill. Solid college core memories are made there that exceed any dollar value.
A bit late but I want to 3rd this.
I will stop donating to the university if they ever mess with the student section. And I know I’m not alone in that sentiment.
It is absolutely a necessity and it’s really the cornerstone of what makes KBS rock.
Students first. Always.

On miller Hill, like the regrade idea to get students closer to the action.. and louder when opposing team at that Endzone
It’s already been regraded and brought closer when the track was removed. Maybe it needs to be closer? The visiting team tunnel might hinder that.

I think all the steps have been repaired/repoured. Also freshly painted bright yellow. I thought it looked good when I was at the OSU game.

Could be. I will let architects and engineers figure that all out.

No reason students couldn't stay on the hill even if it had seats. I'd be in favor of making both end zones student sections to go with the lower West stands.

imagine having some crazy LED lights highlighting Miller hill .. where our 5-7000 students are in attendance!
