Yall keep doubting and hating. DLo knows what he is doing. What a game. Go app
We are 5-6 you moron. Fire this idiot.
With a chance to be better than last years record next week
Are you retarded? Any human who pretends like anything this team has done in the last 4 years is anything but a discrace to this program should be ashamed.

Are you a kid or just a really old person who barely produces testasterone anymore? You are literally celebrating having a 'chance' at being .500.

You people make me sick.
Are we really going to allow this level of personal attacks on this board? There’s no need to talk to a fellow App fan like this. Also, two years ago, we played in the conference championship game. I wouldn’t call that a disgrace. If you’re going to throw an adolescent tantrum, at least get your facts straight.

After 4 straight losses including the pounding by JMU, it was really great to see the fight (head scratching decisions/play calls aside)....with the 2005 team in attendance and a hard fought win it felt like App State football again, at least for one weekend in Boone.

After 2 straight seasons of no bowl game, it sure would be nice to finish 6-6 and get the extra game with a shot at a winning season.

Still a lot of work to do on this re-build and figuring out the model that works for us in this NIL/transfer portal era, but going on a 3 game win streak & bowl win to finish this mediocre season would be great momentum heading in to the off-season.
Ummm, we actually won a bowl game the year before last.

We don’t. I’ve been away. I’m going to clean it up. It’s going to involve deleting a bunch of posts. Give me a little while.

We do not have a particularly good team. We're an average Sun Belt team. Two conference wins is very disappointing. But if we win next week, maybe the rebuild can get us competitive in '27.

Yes, I stand corrected...thanks and how can I forget the Cure bowl rain fest in 2023. I was thinking of the 6-6 season in 2022 when App beat 2 FCS teams and Thus didn't qualify for the post-season.

I like the way coach takes responsibility for his mistakes. I still believe in the guy. This season was derailed by major injuries to the o line. Give the man some time folks.
Some of DL’s press conferences following recent beat downs have been head scratchers. That said, I give him props for owning that 2-pt play call. In HC years, DL is young. Taking responsibility like that shows he’s growing into the role, and that’s encouraging.

Bottom line:
Was it ugly? Yes. But the coaches and players didn’t quit and they found a way to win. And that’s what matters.

A month ago, would any of us have believed App would be heading into the season finale with a possible bowl bid at stake? Yet here we are…GO APP!
