I'm not sure I understand why Lewis hasn't been in the backfield all season. What is it that the coaches saw that kept him out?
I can think of several games he would have come in handy.

Don't understand why a coach who wants a dual threat QB completely ignored the one on the team and moved him to DB. He may not have all the tools, but it isn't like we had Johnny Unitas out there all year. Can't convince me that we couldn't have a several packages for Wilson throughout the year.

I have zero judgment to levy on our players today, but Wilson doesn’t look like a dual threat to me. In that he’s an extremely effective runner that offers nothing through the air. Fun to watch today but had he been our regular starter we’d basically need to run a triple option offense.

Not saying he should have started or really played much, but his legs are good enough for some special packages. Like that TD run he just had.

I will admit it’s nice to have a mobile qb. Having two statues in Kohl/Swann this year was kinda brutal. Which, you can be a statue pocket passer if you’re elite through the air. Unfortunately they are not.
