Re: WCU game thread
The last couple of games there has been a game thread also. Looks like you just started it for this week!

Re: WCU game thread
DJ said Jamal is questionable to return. Big trouble if he is out long term, I'd almost rather sit him for this one.
Re: WCU game thread
Hallock is a better runner but SS prob won't open up that part of the play book because we have no other QB if he gets hurt. Good to hear JJ is up and walking around.

DJ might want to cool it with the game over comments with 14 minutes left in the game.

Re: WCU game thread
Defense played lights out for three quarters. Yes, they definitely need to learn how to play FOUR quarters. That being said, Mitchell (WCU QB) is legit. He's a great athlete and will cause problems some day.sixtoes9134 wrote:Hallock has done a nice job today.
I'm really concerned about our Defense.

Re: WCU game thread
You mean WCU freshman QB Troy Mitchell, yep he is a great young QB and we will have to deal with him 3 more years. I think App recruited him last year in Texas, but it looks like Coach Speir took him with him up to the Whee.Yosef84 wrote:Defense played lights out for three quarters. Logan Hallock did a great job yesterday coming in for JJ. Even broke AE's single game compIetion percentage (20 for 21).

Give Em Hell!!

I was impressed with his running ability but his passing is not good. He looks more like a running back trying to play QB.Yosef84 wrote:Defense played lights out for three quarters.
