It's closer than the final score as the Apps pull away late once the ULM defense wears down.

Defense continues to impress and stay strong, lick their chops at a redshirt QB. Taylor airs it out and Meadors and McGuire have big days.

This game scares me. It's the classic trap game on the road against a capable opponent less than a week before our showdown with GS. I think App manages to win but don't expect it to be easy. Our defense has been outstanding but I'm not sold on our offense yet.

Based on some intell out of Monroe, the kids will either be pissed ready to take the issues out on Monroe...or tired from sleeping with one eye open. Just read the Clarion Inn reviews for Monroe LA.

Either way, I like where Satt and the coaches have t hi s team....
