Really Proud of Our Young Men
Don't know if any of you have had a chance to listen to the post Troy presser with Ronald Blair, Taylor Lamb, Marcus Cox, Kennan Gilchrist, Stephen Burns, and Zach Matics but give it a listen. Each of these men are really good ballers in their own respect but they are well spoken, insightful, and REPRESENT App in a big way . Congrats to all of our Mountaineers on a hard earned , hard fought W !

Re: Really Proud of Our Young Men
This underscores what the coaching staff has been doing the last few years - expect excellence on and off the field. Our coaches are coaching much more than football and recruiting a much different kind of kid. Coach Sloan was telling us that if a kid didn't have at least a 3.0 in high school, he wasn't likely to get many looks from App simply because of App's academic standing. They don't want to bring in kids who are going to struggle off the field. I like that.
Sure, we'll still have problem kids here and there. I'd wager that any group of 100+ people has a dud somewhere in the mix.
I've not spoken to a single player this year who wasn't respectful to me. I was holding my 2 year old grandson for Mountaineer Walk for the Troy game and pointing out various players. Each of them acknowledged our little guy in his elephant costume as if he were an adult. Good stuff!
Is it Thursday yet? I'm ready for more App football!

I think you can find if you go to AppStateSports.com. Click on the football schedule. Then on the far right hand side of the schedule, there is a "link" down at the Troy game. The link includes an "audio". I think that is what you are looking for.ASU85Grad wrote:Where do I find the Troy pressor? I would like to listen to it
