You can trace 4-5 big points in the game to a personal foul penalty. I won't say App wins without those penalties, but it's more of a game for longer than UGA would have been comfortable with.
We don't get a late hit on Eason and injure him, he stays in the game and UGA doesn't game 2nd quarter momentum at that point.
Guys behind me (a gumroot to boot) tapped me on the shoulder and said you guys just lost the game, when Fromm came on the field.
I had been telling several folks that all last week. If Eason is in, we'll be decent. If Kirby puts Fromm in, we are in trouble. More of a true dual threat QB.
Thought it was unfair to Eason, their offense was totally different with Fromm. Tempo, plays, everything. We were not prepared to handle

I agree with Apps91. When Fromm came in, the entire offensive game plan changed, including the pace. They went to a hurry up approach and threw the ball much more. It's hard to say whether the improvement was related to the QB or the other changes. Fromm did do a great job though and he was pretty quick to find the open man.

Watching Alex Smith last night made me think about this. His arm is easily in the bottom half of the NFL, yet that team looked pretty dang good. How about Hunt from Toledo. That win vs. them last year with that RB and their stub QB has to be the most impressive win by App in our FBS era.

Yep, I jokingly considered making a post saying something to the effect of "Defending Super Bowl Champions Can't Stop Kareem Hunt...Should Have Called App State..." :o
"Montani Semper Liberi"

I hate to see these guys like Brita and Hunt getting a shot in the NFL and our boy Marcus nowhere to be found. Just rubs me the wrong way.
