Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. I always think we have a chance, regardless of the opponent. However, not having to worry about him definitely ups our chances with this one. Not to go off topic as I was thinking of coaches Clark might be able to bring in and thought about Searels and Acitelli. I did not realize, and didn't check earlier in the season when App played them, but there are several former App coaches/players on UNC's staff besides Mack.

One can hope! But Whisky seems to just line up stud RB's. Sparky and Acitelli both in non-coaching roles so a coaching position might be appealing. I doubt Acitelli makes much but I would think Sparky would cost a bit.

I think our planner left before the bowl last year too. I remember we being worried but we came through on less time than we have this year.

Sparky will turn 66 late next week. He and his wife own a ranch/farm in central VA. Doubt he's up for extending his commute. He almost certainly wouldn't move.
Acitelli would give it a look.

I suppose that would open a spot to retain Roof and possibly bring Dale Jones back. That would be a heck of a linebacker coaching corp.
