Can't see how you can use the current teams, whether App State or WFU, as relevant to 2017. Both teams have young head coaches in their second year. Like Coach Satterfield, Coach Clawson has three years to improve his team, and I expect the WFU team of 2017 will be a vastly improved version. I believe that the 2017 home game with Wake will be a tremendous experience, showcasing two strong programs. Can't wait. Go App!

Been on one time? Guess it depends on what TV service you subscribe to- so far this year I watched the Michigan game (nationally televised), the Southern MIss game and the GSU game. None of those had to be watched on the computer. And none were televised on PBS.

I think we all got his point, we just didn't get his need to poo poo the game in the thread.

I also watch ESPN 3 on my son's Xbox. Works great. Just unplug my blu ray player and plug in Xbox. Picture and sound are comparable to any other stations.

Complaining about signing a home and home with an ACC team, any ACC team, is ridiculous.

He probably kicks puppies and babies.

Last year of the SoCon we had ONE game on ESPN3.

This year we had two nationally televised games and every away game on ESPN3.

I can now watch EVERY game very easily at my home with the purchase of a USB to HDMI converter ($40).

So someone please remind me that their isn't a difference from a TV perspective.

That's how I watch ESPN3 games.

If you get espn3 then I guess you would be correct. Didn't say there wasn't a difference just that it is not a big tv deal, but You win cuz you can watch. Just cuz I'm grouchy today I got a question. If I show a power point presentation on my TV screen does that mean it's televised?

See already I am sorry. I should not have been snarky with you. I have stayed off here for over a month because of all the Stupid arguments and now I get in one. I really am sorry for contributing to the idiocy that has been going on for some time now.

Incoming harsh truths and brutal honesty:

I can't believe we're still talking about the pros and cons of moving to the FBS.

It takes a man to admit when he's wrong, and apparently we still have a handful of boys who are just too proud to bury their delusions. I swear some of these people would argue that the earth was flat until their dying breath if the alternative was admitting they were wrong. Unbelievable.

The game is over and you lost. Time to join the rest of us in the promised land of ACC home games and televised football.

ESPN3 comes in crystal clear on my tv through my Samsung Galaxy S5.

For you Galaxy users, this is what I recently ordered...

Even though espn3, is not technically tv, it is far better than what we had in the last years of FCS.

I stream ESPN3 through my phone or tablet and send it to my 55" flatscreen via Chromecast. I had people over to watch some games this weekend and they couldn't tell the difference between ESPN3 and the regular ESPN channels I get with Direct TV.

This should calm worries about the Wake issue. Lets use the rule of 3.

The year is 2014.....we will play Wake in 2017 3 years from now. Let now look back three years to 2011. Wake Forest that year beat the FLORIDA STATE SEMINOLES. FSU two year later won the NC and is currently a top 4 team in most peoples minds. Much can change in three years. Taylor Lamb will be in his senior year, Wake may very well be middle of the pack FBS school by then if not higher.

More tidbits from 2011
Ole Miss current #7 0-8 in SEC 2-10 over all
Southern Miss is 3-5 (should be 2-6 damn kicking game) They went 12-2 just 3 years ago.
Michigan went 11-2 in 2011 now they are 3-5
Even in the ACC
Duke current #24 was 3-9

What is all this meant to say? Don't judge our 2017 schedule on 2014 results cause they can change in a hurry. It a home and home with an ACC team....hell yes. They could be atop said conference before we meet them......even more hell yes.
