Coastal up 21-0 first quarter. We come out cold in Conway Thursday night we will get smoked in epic fashion. Hope Jeckel shows up and not Hyde for App. Will need to control the ball to keep Coastal offense off the field.
Get the team ready Coach Clark.

Never a dog fight. The result was never in question. We tried so many new things in the first half. They didn't work as well as they could have, but this kind of game is where you try the new things. Work on nuances. Work on things you want to see how they may work against certain looks in a game environment.

We also ran a running scheme we haven't ran in at least 10 years. We also had a route tree we haven't seen all year. This was the game to try stuff. We were completely dominate even when we only had one TD.yosef69 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 29, 2022 6:46 pmYou are insufferable. 7-3 in the first quarter with an 0-7 FCs team is a joke.AppStateNews wrote: ↑Sat Oct 29, 2022 6:45 pmTell me you don't know football without telling me you don't know football...yosef69 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 29, 2022 6:38 pmIf you think I’ve ever rooted against app you’re out of your mind.

To the casual fan, sure we looked bad. Anybody who knows football knows we were doing things we don't do to experiment against certain schemes.

I don't think we can complain a whole lot about today's outcome. I'm more concerned now with Thursday night. It's win or stay home time from here on out. Time to shut this thread down and move on to Coastal discussion!

How about just stop being so miserable? You are attacking anyone who isn’t bemoaning the outcome of our win today. I don’t mean this to be mean but you seem so unhappy and these games are not fun for you. We win 42-3 and you are out of your mind attacking folks on the board. The Cam phenomenon is baffling. He's either steamrolling teams or gets 15 yards on 6 carries and is standing on the sideline

I’ve brought this up before, but I live in Georgia and am surrounded by UGA fans. They were freaking out and melting down when UGA was “only” up 15 and are disappointed they “only” won by 22 points. I tried. Maybe you are just a pathetic person. You don’t play anything. You talk a bunch of crap about the team endlessly And then attack people support the team. You don’t know anyone on this board but you got a lot to say. And when when people tell you to stop being so negative you immediately attack them. Obviously you sitting on your ass watching college kids play is too much for you emotionally. Therapy should be in your futureyosef69 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 29, 2022 6:58 pmAttacking? Part of it was that scheme thing that ASN mentioned and the other part is keeping him fresh for CCU. He’s gonna be needed there. Plus I think RMU was absolutely stacking the box to sell out on the run and Nate is better sometimes against those coverages - he seems to be better at improvising than Cam (not that Cam isn’t good at it, I just think Nate is maybe a half step more shifty)
Give 'em hell!
