100% agree. It never should have come down to that.

Did we not fly to Hattiesburg?

Georgia Southern should be 4-0 right now. They rolled over South Alabama tonight, and have to figure they're going to be looking to bury us at home. :|

For those of us who can't see the game how is a blocked XP the kickers fault?

He is waiting way to late to make his approach to the ball. He is not even moving until the ball is placed and that is just terrible form and is something the coaches should have addressed well before tonight.

Anyone else tired of this "playing for next year" I don't agree with building a losing culture to "maybe" win in the future. To me that is dumb.

Me neither, but it was on the TV while I was reading this thread.

So pissed about the non-kicking that I didn't notice who was holding. Who was it? Really don't think holder had anything to do with the last kick due to other kicks were straight misses, except for the block, which appeared to be low also. Messed up in head after those.

It is an extra point. It should be automatic. Stuff happens every once in awhile but that's two HUGE Failures to convert a PAT within 2 years. I hate to admit but i think anyone following this game knew the odds of missing that PAT were greater than converting.

Overall, really bad game all around. so. miss. Is really bad. A decent team at home should have won soundly tonight, and GSU is likely to be ugly on a short week.

With that being stated, the only way I'd be more disappointed now is if we were still in the SOCon.

GS Game is going to be bad, very bad. For those of you who don't think they're more FBS ready.....get your head out of the sand.

GS is loaded with seniors and they haven't had to dip into their depth yet. They may be ahead right now but they will feel it in the near future.

If it's as bad as you think it will be, then maybe it's the wake-up call this team needs.

Rep is 5 because I don't post often and don't care too. However, I like how you think ones credibility is related to a "rep" on a public forum.

Could not agree more. We all need to expecting a lot more from this coaching staff. Last year we looked like we simply did not care. This year we look really unprepared. We have to expect more.

It was good to see Malachi and Montez come up big in the game tonight. those are 2 WRs that are going to HAVE to step up over the remainder of the season. they're also our 2 biggest WRs

Tell me, what more should we expect out of a second year head coach who is just now three games into his second year?

Ok, skipped this entire thread, but why are we firing the coaches? We lost the game because our kicker left 10 points on the field and our best player fumbled inside the 10.

For those of you who refuse to question this coaching staff. Steve Brown said in the post game interviews, this game "looked like spring practice". Is that what we should expect?
