I love this play calling. We run the ball for little to no gain on first and then throw it deep on 2nd so we set up for 3rd and long. Not the first time we have done that today or this year.

So Marty says he talked to Clark at half and Clark said that he "lit them up" because of the stupid penalties and that how they came back in the second half was how this year would be remembered....

It seems like that lighting them up took every bit of drive out of this team. Offense playing terribly, defense playing terribly.

Yep, I was about to type the same idea. Not 2nd and 1 or 3..2nd and 9, we go deep.. As posted earlier, we went from Ferrari in calling plays in 2019 to a Yugo in 2020
