I really feel like we have more weapons than ever before at RB and WR. Hopefully things gel early. When things do come together, this could be a very special team.

Was just thinking the same thing. Maybe just us being Homers but we seem loaded with potential playmakers at receiver. I know we are a run first team but man I hope we get these guys involved.

QB is really the only question on offense to me, I trust the staff on replacement of OL members. Just hoping the QB transition isn't a long one.

I know a lot of us have our doubts about replacing Taylor. Rightfully so, Taylor was a four year starter for us and was as steady as you could ever ask for. With that said though I place my faith in a man by the name of Fredric Scott Satterfield; the man knows how to identify GREAT Appalachian QBs. So if he says he is confident in Zac, the I'm all the way on board. Maybe the reason we haven't heard his praises being sung this summer has been a bit of gamesmanship. Who knows? All I know is I am ready to watch the black and gold all season, I have a feeling it's going to be a special year!

Just a reminder Taylor's first four FBS starts he was 0-4. Losses to Liberty, USA, USM and Ga Southern.

The team around ZT however is much better and much deeper. Plus ZT has had 2+ years in the system. But there will be growing pains and mental mistakes.

Yes, I think we can forgive the pains this week. UNCC will not be forgiven though.

Has anyone noticed that all the players lost an inch in height on this years roster from last years?? very strange global warming to mountain shrinking
