App 35
GW 24
Closer than we'd hope, but never in doubt.
After a few people expressed they liked it, I've decided I'll do the prediction scorekeeping again this year, so let the games begin.
Reminder of the rules: You MUST make a score prediction every week to stay in the season-long race. I'll post individual game winners and season winners each week.

App 42
Gee Dub- 21
The Runnin' Bulldogs come out swinging in the first half, get a gift touchdown off a first-game-jitters mistake, then App's size, speed, and talent take over and coast through the second half. Take it to the bank.

App 31
GW 14
GW brings back their top five tacklers and has seven senior starters on defense. Seemed to up their game against FBS teams last season and held up really well against Coastal, Liberty and Marshall.
Think they are solid enough to keep it close for a while (maybe longer than we’d like) but App should pull away. For all the questions about this team, I’m not overly concerned about the offense and think we’ll find a groove once Burger settles in to the game.
Defense should be improved and be able to win the line of scrimmage. Gaither is a legit RB but the GW quarterback situation doesn’t sound completely settled. I expect we’ll take away the run and make the QB try to beat us.

Re: Official Gardner's Till prediction thread
Appalachian wins, 38-20.
Bill Connelly's SP+ model has us winning by 16.3 points, with a final score around 37-21. I think we do one point better and they do one point worse.
