Consistency starts with coaching. I revise my earlier post that said "when his contract is due"...pay them all after this season.

When you have more sports and higher travel costs than any team in the conference it is hard to keep up with the salaries of other coaches. Not saying impossible, but it is more difficult. That being said we definitely have to step up to the plate.
It would be interesting to see how our assistant's pay compares to the rest of the league.

You and me both VA. I don't fault anyone for trying to better themselves or their family. However, making $375k a year planning for retirement should not be that difficult IMO.AppinVA wrote:We are in agreement, but I also subscribe to the practice that you get what you can, when you can.
