The crappy calendar schedule with two Thursday games and a Thanksgiving g game and and 1 September game hurt.

ESPN 3 is also only provided through certain cable providers and many times only if you pay for the TV cable service as well as internet service. There are contracts right and left that dictate when everything is shown. In the end most of our entertainment in this country is now owned by a mouse.

I can view ESPN3 because I have DISH satellite coverage.

You're arguing that maybe a thousand people who would find a 2:00 kick more convenient to their individual schedules would attend more, but ignoring the people who drive in from farther away who need the 3:30 kick to get there in time.

When we're winning people who want to be there will be there no matter the time.

Exactly NewApp *tips hat*. Those 15-18,000 of us die hards will always be there. Trying to get the 5-10,000 people to go from 1 or 2 games a year to 3+ is a little tougher, and requires a couple years of sustained winning and increased familiarity of our conference foes (casual fans just don't know that arkansas state is 3-0 in conference, are perinneal contenders, and beating them makes the conference title that much closer).

Changing the start times won't "fix" anything. The only true way to make sure KBS is packed on a weekly basis is to have a winning home team and quality opponents who will bring their fans up to make the place rocking.

Our game against Wake Forest I would think would be a prime example when they come to Boone in 2017.

I will echo a prior comment that educating the fanbase on our new conference mates is huge. Folks who attended yesterday are surely to remeber their chippiness in two years when they return. Who knows, they may just be our new "Furman". The casual fan just needs to figure that out and the only way it happens are for these teams to cycle through Boone and fans to see it up close and personal.

Not give us a home back loaded schedule because it's cold in Boone late in the season (Sun Belt). Win. Bring Back Black End zones. Put ice in beverages. Fix the sound system. Less music from the speakers, more music from the band. Not conveniently broadcast it for people to watch at home, and save money. Decrease the price of hotels in Boone.

Did I miss anything?
The sound was better this week, the band played more between snaps, no ice needed Saturday, I prefer green anything.

Stay in North Wilkesboro and they fixed the sound system.
