Shawn clark declined a 10 yard penalty. I hate so much what he has done to this program. 3-9 vs teams we are a 7pt favorite/underdog, first bowl loss, ended conference title streak and 3-4 in our last 7 games.

The normal call there is the decline the penalty to bring up 3rd and long. Just we can’t stop anything they do right now.
