I don't see us confident enough to win a shoot out. Defense being out played, coaches weren't prepared for what they have on offense. Coaches will out think plays on offense and will cost us. I honestly don't think ULM is as good as what we are making them look.

We are a below average Sun Belt team since Shawn Clark took over. Let that sink in.

ULM has better speed than Wyoming. I think that is showing up tonight.

I’ve read some folks start to say it’s not the coaches it’s the players and I actually am not sure still about the coaches, but i definitely am not sure we have the players we thought we had.

We thought a little too highly of many of them after UNC, but they simply aren’t showing up consistently.

This looks like a carbon copy of Texas St. ULM wants this game more and letting us know physically and verbally at every chance.

5k fans in attendance and half the budget of our program. Frustrating effort tonight.

We look unprepared almost every week. Never know what you’re going to get with this team and coaching staff. I’d love to hear all the excuses this week and how ULM is just another great sunbelt team. What a joke.

I wouldn't say we look unprepared. Not sure I would blame fumbles and interceptions or lack of coverage on preparedness per se. At some point, the players have to actually play the game and we need to stop blaming the coaches on the poor play. Our DBs aren't covering at all but I think we would all agree that Sloan is a very good DC and especially with the DBs. Again, we need to hold our players to a standard and stop always blaming our staff.

You have a good point there. Those coaches need to get off their ass and cover those receivers. The coaches are just lazy.

Sure, the coaches don’t play the game, but they do choose these players and prepare them to play.
I do believe that players are a reflection of their coach and a reflection of how well they have been prepared.
So, the coach may not fumble but everything ultimately lands at their feet.
