We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

If he’s back next year my money won’t be
Make sure you email the AD. If there isn’t a financial reason to make a move they wont
Clark is gone. No way he will survive this. Gillin just has to wait until Monday to formally do it so the buyout drops.
I don't believe you
Are you sure ?
Monday?

BALLGAME!
I have grown to despise Coach Clark. He is a horrible coach and has truly driven the program into the ground. Dispute that if you like. Screw this. To answer a previous question. I doubt the odds of him being fired are very high. Next year, I expect even worse
Don't despise him. Clark is a good person and great OL coach. He just isn't made to be a head coach. I think Clark will be fired on Monday after the way this game has gone.
What is the buyout if he is not the head coach but returns as O-line coach?
This is my very generic signature added to each post.

2 point conversion early in first half... chasing points too early.
Not taking 3 points at end of first half. ...
Poor coaching... period

Regardless of whether you want Clark here or not, it’s highly unlikely he’s going anywhere for reasons we’ve discussed previously.

GIllen and the interim chancellor will not fire him unless they have a coach and money lined uo to do so. Clark is family and I hate this but.....

I think he is. Gillin knows he will be tar and feathered if he does not now. Don' we have to wait until Monday? I thought I read the buyout drops to 500k after Dec 1? If so, he will wait to get the buyout to drop.

Reminder to everyone that it will be Tuesday at the earliest if an announcement comes that he is fired.
That is what I was thinking. Make sure to let the buyout drop to save us some money.

I'll never forget feeling very uneasy that we didn't have a formal coaching search after Drink left.
I believe the players at that time had a big say in getting Clark hired. This was a major mistake.
Regardless, I went along with it and gave it a chance because I loved what Clark was selling after the way Drink left.
Ultimately, my suspicion was correct, Clark is not head coach material. He is too emotional and not savy enough for it.
He will always be a Mountaineer and a damn good one that has my support, but he will not take us to the next step, let alone maintain what our standing was when he took the keys to a very nice program.

Well, that concludes the most disappointing season I have witnessed in a while.
After 5 years, changes are needed.
If no changes take place, then we know that mediocrity has become the standard at App State football.
Although, describing this season as mediocre would be a stretch.
Go App and hoping for a brighter future.
