Should be a great game!!! Gotta win a shoot-out. They can definitely put points on the board!!! Much better opponent than UCF or Miami, Ohio.

So the game is on ESPN, not ESPN2? There will be some eyeballs nationwide on this matchup...compared to the Cure Bowl at the same time.

UToledo has a RJr QB who's a real, wild-west gunslinger. He started 12 games this season and threw for 3,338 yards and 43 TDs. That's passing for 323.5 YPG while completing 271 of 392 attempts w/only 9 Ints. They also have a Sr RB who averages 112 YPG on the ground. Our LBs and DBs are gonna get tested early and often.

Toledo's gradually worn down opposing defensive units 'til they're dead tired and then have scored more points in the 3rd and 4th periods than in the 1st and 2nd.

Our work is cut out for us!

Last chance to see Cox run, Collins smack people around, and Law and Gray lay someone out. Thats reason enough for me to go there.

I'd like to see Collins go out without a personal foul.

As was the case with Troy, we can't be making stupid mistakes against a very good team.

Agreed. Last year against Ohio, we could play the game without either starting tackle (and replace one with a 6'2", 275 lb. backup guard), without Law or Meadors, shoot ourselves in the foot repeatedly, and still manage to come away with the win. Don't think that will happen this year. Need to clean it up.

does anyone know anything regarding university travel packages and when they will be released? Hotels downtown montgomery are all booked up for bowl weekend.

What a solid OL player that can open up a hole and keep a cool head after the whistle blows.
