I'm willing to give Scott time to build his program. However, I would like to see us improve each week. Come out with a specific game plan and execute. Cut out the mental mistakes. I don't care if he screams and hollars or stands there with his arms crossed, just show up ready to play and get better each game. At this point in the season we should know our strengths and weaknesses. Put our team in the best position to succeed. And if we lose, damn well make sure the other team had to earn it and make them feel it tomorrow.

We've lost one game this season which you could argue we could have won. But was the plays we ran or how we executed them? I understand that is part of coaching as well, but I'd argue it was the execution of fairly routine plays. We hold on to the ball and/or time our kicking better we win.
