They are crazy. It is funny to read what most of them are saying. They are more delusional the Georgia Sothern. They said that FAU is a much better team then us and that 90% or the stands will be Miami fans.

Re: ESPN
When is the last time their fans have filled 90% of any stadium? They have horrible attendance issues.ukappfan wrote:ericsaid wrote:I implore all of you to visit Caneinsite message board. Free entertainment that anyone going to the game needs to read.

Re: ESPN
Several things I observed:
1. Very few of their online fans actually went to school there (or anywhere for that matter).
2. Very few of those fans regularly attend games in person or have EVER attended a Miami away game.
3. Most of them base their current perception of Miami football on the ESPN 30 for 30 episode "The U".
3. Why did I bother wasting 5 minutes of my life on reading their remarks?

Duke Basketball/Wake Forest Football and Miami sports are very similar to me. Small private school, most of the fans didn't go there.

Re: ESPN
They are chomping at the the bit to get a P5 team to come to Paulson Stadium. Believe it or not most on their board want us to beat Miami to help the Sunbelt exposure, and a greater outcome for the October 27th game there. Feeding Frenzy

Re: ESPN
Outside of a few posters and the owners, CanesInsight is horrible. We have a huge amount of fans that don't live in Miami but travel to a lot of away games. We have very large alumni bases in Atlanta, New York, and Chicago.JGthatsme86 wrote:Several things I observed:

We definitely have some trashy "Miami bros" that attend our home games that not only make opposing teams fans miserable, but the rest of the Miami fans as well.
As a Miami fan who lives in Tennessee and travels to quite a few away games, I can tell you that you'll be pretty impressed by the quality of the Miami fans you encounter in Boone. I wish I could attend myself.
