Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. I remember a YC event a couple of years ago at which Satt mentioned he wanted to punch Woody in the face after he flipped a prized DL commit to GT.

I doubt he was serious. Didn't Satterfield, himself, flip one or two App recruits to Louisville?

Last time I checked it seems that flip hasn't worked out too well for that prized DL commit.

Same with Iron Mike. There are more than a couple people glad that guy is gone.

Technically, no, he wasn't an "App man"... But he did a lot for the program. The reason why he isn't welcome back is because his coaching style didn't go over too well with the "powers that be" and they prefer to not revisit that situation. I personally appreciate what Nate did with the program, but understand the choice to not bring him back after things I heard. Nothing heinous, just not a good look.
