Did we get lucky on not signing Doran “DJ” Moore? And CCU did.

This made me more furious than anything else.

Previous play ended with just over 40 seconds left. Next snap doesn't happen until 25 seconds left and was the start of four straight incompletions.

Two timeouts left. Ahmani just got a first down with 40 seconds left to the CCU 34. Clock stops to reset the chains and then restarts again when set. Then the clock rolls and rolls. You have the head coach fuming and the special assistant to the coach whose job is clock management looking like a deer in headlights. That's not on the players. That's coaching.

Year 4-5 of not understanding the situational in game moments quick enough. Headscratching decisions.

What was the eventual outcome of that possession?

We went to halftime with no additional points scored. Then we got the ball after the half and had a 3 and out only to watch them chew up like 11 minutes or so of clock time and score. Pathetic showing really. So much for that "middle 8" that Clark always preaches. Had we even just gotten a FG on the closing drive of first half and opening drive of the second half, it could have been a completely different ball game.

We were all yelling for a TO in the stands while that was going on. That entire possession was poorly executed and a huge missed opportunity.

They don’t look like they’re having fun.

Joey threw four straight incompletions and Coastal took a knee into halftime. It was a yard past our kicker's career long and we got ball after halftime.
