As one poster said "If you can think of a better plan, email it to DG". I have been frustrated at times getting out of KBS, but then I go to some of the bigger stadiums like Clemson and I see that we still have it good. I had free tickets to the Duke vs UNC football game in Durham back a few years and it took me 20 mins to get back to my car in a parking deck and another hour and a half just to get out of the parking deck! We are experiencing growing pains and will continue to do so for the near future.

I'm sure the weather had a impact on the attendance. 25,000 is still a good showing. However...

I cannot stand family weekend

1) Makes parking much more difficult
2) All tickets (including student guest admissions) go sold out
3) Families leave by halftime & steals admission away from us die hard fans.

Other than Family Day the stadium is packed until the band plays after the end of the game. The stadium is packed from kickoff to the very end every other game. #endfamilyday. And while we're at it #endhomecomming

Quick and easy solution for “die hard fans”. Buy season tickets.

If you want to grow your fan base outside of your alumni, you need days like family day to bring people into Kidd Brewer, who may not otherwise attend.

The reality is not that the stadium is packed from kickoff to the end of the game. Fans leave early from every game, regardless of the score.

And, there was plenty of parking in the Legends overflow lots, up the Hill behind Doughton. Season Ticket Holders have no issues with parking.

True. However it's hard to resist when you have access to student guest tickets.

Diehard and wallethard are two entirely different things in my world, unfortunately. The only two games I missed that due to financial situation over the past two decades were the Wake game in KBS and the UNC game in Keenan.

Or the MMB ticket exchange.
