T-Dog is right. Peach or Fiesta this year.

The CFP operates in a 3 year cycle for the 6 bowls hosting the semifinals in pairs of 2. We just finished the second 3 year cycle. There's always the third year of the cycle in which both the Peach and Fiesta are semifinals so that year, the Cotton HAS to have the G5 rep. So because of that, it's pretty much a guarantee that the Cotton will only host in year 3, when they absolutely have to. So year one of the cycle (2020 is year one), it'll be Peach or Fiesta. Year two of the cycle is whichever bowl didn't host year one. Year three is Cotton.
