Re: Arky State discussion
I wish our announcers (Jackson) did the away games....I am at the home games so I don't get to enjoy his commentary.

Re: Arky State discussion
Just taking them lightly, which we shouldn't do with in conference foes.

Re: Arky State discussion
For the life of me I do not know why we run Nate so much in the first half. Let our big dogs Cam and Harrington beat up the defense and let Nate clean up in the second half. Like what happened in Marshall game though not by design because Cam got hurt but the result is what we should strive for....bigger backs early and change of pace Nate later in the game when defense is worn down and can't react to his speed. Nate currently has 9 carries for 19 yards while Cam has 1 for 6.

Re: Arky State discussion
We are the sloppiest, good team I have ever seen. At this point in the season we should be sharper than we are.

Re: Arky State discussion
That is what happens when we run both back backs. Cam beats them down and it opens up runs for noel. Cam is a huge difference maker.

And that is how it should work. Cam runs a bunch and loosens things up and Nate comes in as change of pace with nice td run. It works so well when we do it the right way.

Re: Arky State discussion
I was just telling my son this. I'm a fan of Nates, but he is much better running off tackle as a spell to a better early down back. He doesn't "establish" the rhythm but knows how to "capitalize" on it.t4pizza wrote: ↑Sat Nov 06, 2021 2:03 pmFor the life of me I do not know why we run Nate so much in the first half.
