I do not follow gamecock football. Any of these guys see the field at USC?

Floyd played 7 games over 3 seasons with 1 PDef. Pringle is a RS Freshman. Rondarius Porter (DT) played in 9 games with 7 tackles, 1 sack and 1 FF after transferring from Lenoir Rhyne. Ronnie Porter (LB) has played in 25 games with 7 career tackles.

Still holding out hope and giving the staff plenty of time to get it done, but not super impressed with the vast majority of our spring guys so far. Hope they are a bunch of diamonds in the ruff and our coaches can mold them into clear stones.

We’ve also probably never had an elite11 HS QB finalist on campus in our programs tenure but we had one visit this weekend. Along with others. Not to mention 2 the QBs already on the team. On paper, things are looking up.
Have to make it happen on the field though.

I’m assuming that’s some kind of favor to Loggains who recruited him at SoCar?

Still pretty cool though probably the highest rated recruit to ever pick up one of our coaches phone calls

Reno probably is the highest rated one to be on campus that I can remember. Kam Pringle also was a highly rated guy.
But, landing Kohl was impressive in itself.

We’re on the right track, just have to put it together. I’d pitch that we can be the best stepping stone. Get seen on TV, we’re going to play the national P5 guys every year and compete with everyone. Not to mention, it’s Boone NC!

Well I guess if you have to find some redeeming quality with the portal and NIL it’s that the guy who got offers from solid G5’s but instead chose to go the P4 route, found his way down the depth chart and got little to no money then instead of the old school route of working hard to climb the chart he just settles for the G5 school and maybe some playing time.

Bigtime WR out of Atlanta. Offers from most SEC schools, 4* recruit.
