DG has it written in the contract that Satt can't coach the bowl and that is for the best. It allows Satt to focus on his recruiting and for us to focus on the bowl game and our recruiting.

Satt is an App alumni but he is about to be a Louisville Cardinal HC and will want to focus on turning them around I would think. I never understood why coaches would want to stay for a bowl because their new employer needs them. What happened with Frost last year was an historic thing for that program and in general and so that was the exception to the rule but 99% of the time both the coach and old program have to move in best interest of their programs.
