Of our 38 outgoing transfers, 7 have moved down, 9 have made lateral moves, 4 have gone to P4, and 18 have yet to land somewhere.
I believe we are at 52 new incoming freshmen and transfers.

I think he is alluding to the fact that all 4 were brought in by our current staff as transfers.

Was a starter at VT until he was injured in the ODU game (which I was in attendance. Had 15 tackles and an INT in the three games he started.

Bingo. Nix and Dozier will likely go P4 as well. DJ Burks may be the only non-Loggains recruit to move up to P4.

The UVA addition was a starter before injury as well I believe. Williams led the FCS in picks. I like the talent we are bringing into the secondary. Players with game day experience.
