Seems interesting that were were able to nail the mandated maximum number of occupants on last Saturday. That worked out perfectly.
Wonder how many people were REALLY at the game?

You raise a good question. Here's another number to confuse you. The article linked below was THE FRONT PAGE, 72 PT BOLD TYPE, HEADLINE in Sunday's WSJ.HighlandsApp wrote:http://www.journalnow.com/sports/asu/ap ... 94b2a.html

40.000 Fans Storm Boone
There's no accountability for the writer's 40,000 figure, but she did document many who drove to Boone with no hopes for a game ticket, but set up their tailgates complete with satellite dishes and widescreen TVs or headed for the downtown watering holes to watch the game and raise heck.

Alas, there used to be a difference between a writer and a journalist. That's not the case these days.asu66 wrote:You raise a good question. Here's another number to confuse you. I could possibly see the 40,000 number if you are counting the ones who showed to experience the game day atmosphere without plans of going to the game. I know we had at least 10 at our tailgate who were not going to the game.
