I know it's all about Troy, and it should be, but just for fun, here is where the National media has us as of today:
ESPN Camelia vs Akron
New Orleans vs Southern Miss
USA Today Dollar General vs Toledo
CBS Dollar General vs W. Michigan
Fox Dollar General vs Toledo
Sports Illustrated New Orleans vs Western Kentucky
College Football News Arizona vs Air Force
Sporting News St. Petersburg vs Temple
This weekend will go along way into how this list looks next Wednesday . . .

Re: Week 11 Bowl Projections
Been talked to death at this point but really does suck how our bowls are ranked. Loved Montgomery last year, but I think destination-wise NO and Orlando are clearly the best and should go to the best conference teams. I'll even argue that even though the Cure Bowl gets a middling AAC team that would be more attractive than playing a MAC opponent who is not their champ (ie W. Michigan this year). I mean say SMU UCF or Cincy is a 6 win team one year beating them garners I believe more exposure/prestige than beating a 9 win Bowling Green purely on name recognition of the opponent. Just my opinion.

Re: Week 11 Bowl Projections
Akron has completely fallen apart. They close with Ohio, so if they lose tonight they'll likely finish 5-7.

Re: Week 11 Bowl Projections
Akron fell to BG 38-28. As EastHallApp said, they must beat Ohio to make it to 6-6.
