Don't we have a game this week?

Well, we did lose a hard fought game on Saturday and I know folks are frustrated but I haven't seen any threads or comments at all about this Saturday's game against ULM. People seem to be assuming we will win out against teams with poor records but I'm pretty sure we have to actually go out there and do it on the field before it counts. The coaching staff knows the issues from Saturday and, contrary to what some seem to believe, it is not the role of the fans on a message board (no matter how avid or sincere) to resolve those issues. They are working on it.

I'm ready to focus on this Saturday's game against a team that put up significant points on a pretty good GSU defense last week, and how now won two in a row. I doubt they are coming to Boone to lay down and take a nap. Anybody interested in discussing the upcoming game?

Here's hoping for a mudstomping to get out the frustrations of this past weekend. Need to work on getting better in these next two games and looking good for bowl reps. Also, need to be peaking come bowl time. Hopefully, we haven't peaked already.

A quarterback change in Monroe has the Hawks playing much better.

Between them playing better and us (I'm afraid) suffering from a Troy hangover, I think this one's a bit closer than expected.

I am hopeful that the outcome in Troy will be a motivation for a complete game this week.

It will be interesting to see how the team reacts to the loss. I do expect a much better game than what was expected several weeks ago.

I am still waiting to see a full 4 quarters of good football played by our guys. It has been a frustrating season because we just don't see to give it all for 60 minutes against anyone.

Bounced back relatively well against ODU after the heart breaking Tennessee loss. I think we will do well enough to move to 8-3. Closer game than it should be for the fact we don't usually put together a solid 4 quarter performance.

My Pre-Big C prediction 38-28 App

Is Saturday's game going to be televised? The website only mentions ASN.

ULM has played better as of late but I expect our running game to give them fits and control the clock and the game. I hope Cox can have a big game for his final home contest and break the App record.

Yes, we have another game this week. I've been attempting to do the Wayne's World move (see below) in order to go back in time and let Satt know (or, warn him) what's coming prior to the Troy game. However, it's not working. Therefore, I guess we have no other choice but to move on.

ULM has been putting up some points, but I still have a lot of confidence in our D. I think our running game will dominate and expect both Cox and Moore to have over 100 yards again. It will be a solid win over a team that is no longer a "gimme."
