He's now the all time rusher in ASU history with a game + a bowl game to go.

Congratulations Marcus!! Without injury this year, he would have obliterated the record.

Poetic justice that he got the record on Senior Day with a TD.

CONGRATS!!!! MARCUS......I now have changed my mind and give you credit as the greatest RB to wear the Black and Gold. I use to reserve that claim to Mr John Settle.

Also poetic justice to do it breaking a long one for TD.

Yea that was a nice run. He almost lost his balance on the cutback.

Settle didn't play as many games.

I wasn't around App football during Settle playing days. But between Settle, Richardson, and Cox, we have had some good ones.

So what do we do with that jersey now that TWO of the greatest have worn it?

Marcus broke it in less games and against tougher competition. Very impressive feat!

Some programs have a number they issue to a special player, #14 should be that number for us.

Indeed. I had forgotten about Richardson.

Personally, I was sorely disappointed that anyone else was allowed to wear that jersey. It should have immediately been shelved after Armanti's departure. Not sure if there is a waiting period for it to be retired, but AE should have gotten that honor. No question.

Now they're in a situation where two of the greatest in App history have worn the number. It would be an injustice to choose one over the other, just as it is an injustice to not choose either.

Anybody catch the block he put on #90? That guy must have weighed 300lbs and Cox layed him down to open up one of Lambs runs. The guy had to be helped off the field not sure if he returned.

Cox is a great one. Moore is following in his footsteps too. Loved the 2 back sets,
