Any thoughts on who might get this? Moore is leading in rushing, right? Duck as Freshman of the Year?

No doubt. Those are some baaaaaad dudes!bcoach wrote:if the other guy lol was not injured moore would not be in the conversation.
I am saying that as a ha ha. They are both great backs and Moore has stepped up better than you could ever expect.
What about Law? Does he have the stats or did he miss too much due to that injury? He was the pre-season Defensive POTY.T-Dog wrote:Moore is leading in rushing, but Chunn has more total yards due to receptions. It'll be close between those two.
Duck has to be freshman of the year. There's a TxSt freshman (Bryan London) who has a ton of tackles, but his stats don't pop out like Duck's.
You pretty much nailed it here T-Dog.T-Dog wrote:Moore is leading in rushing, but Chunn has more total yards due to receptions. It'll be close between those two.

Totally agree with this thought. The way I see it, we have the 2 most dominant offensive players in the conference because Cox is better than Moore and Moore is simply a beast. It is a shame about the injury, but Cox still managed a very impressive season after missing 4.75 games. I am sure he will get the yards needed in the bowl to reach the 1000 rushing plateau for the 4th season and become the first Mountaineer to accomplish that feat.bcoach wrote:I feel bad for Cox as he would have been the man were it not for the injury.
Yep, Cox would have had a dominant senior year had he not had his injury so...our 2nd string running back steps in and takes the Offensive POY award?!? That's incredible. Cox has left his mark as one of the greatest all-time Mountaineers so not too shabby...I'll miss him next year.t4pizza wrote:Totally agree with this thought.
