Fan Bowl Gear
Fan Bowl Gear
It think last year the Athletic Department AND ASU in general missed a big opportunity to sell fan gear for our:
First Bowl
First Bowl win
Etc.
Now we are missing a chance to sell fan gear with our first Sunbelt Championship.
And now our 2nd Bowl APPearance
Marketing specifically and Athletic Department in general needs to make this better.
AND I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT TEE-SHIRTS!
I only have Tee-shirts about last year's Bowl win and I asked a student to check the Bookstore and there is NOTHING their or in BOONE that they could find that had ANY Conference championship anything.
Com'on Man.

Re: Fan Bowl Gear
I picked up a pretty rad Camellia Bowl vs Ohio shirt at Mast General. Says something like "Mayhem in Montgomery" and was made after the win.

Re: Fan Bowl Gear
Don't expect to buy one at the actual Bowl site either as there was next to nothing at the stadium when we entered last year. The Sports Fanatic site has a few of both Championship and Bowl shirts and hoodies that are the same as the ones on the App site. Buy thru the App site as it just redirects to Fanatics and App does get a portion if done that way.

We bought ours the night before at the pep rally in the train station. The next day they ran out of App gear but had plenty of Ohio as I remember.SpeedkingATL wrote:Don't expect to buy one at the actual Bowl site either as there was next to nothing at the stadium when we entered last year. Re: Fan Bowl Gear
Last year when we went to pick up our tickets at the hotel on Friday afternoon, we were out of my size t-shirt. I was told more would be available at the pep rally. The vendor there was out and told me that they were unprepared for the demand for App gear, but the next day near the App Tailgate spot more would be out. Fortunately, my wife got by there in just in the nick of time to pick up a couple t-shirts. It might be different this year, but I would recommend grabbing your bowl gear early based on my experiences last year.

It appears that they are ready to serve up swag on the webstore for the bowl. Not bad prices. http://camelliabowlstore.com/main.sc

Re: Fan Bowl Gear
I know how this is going to sound. I don't want another tee-shirt. Or hoody. I want a nice Nike/UA style jacket with "A" with either an embroidered Camelia Bowl logo or patches I can iron or sew on that depict this and ever subsequent bowl game we play in. I do not take this for granted I never thought in my lifetime that I'd live to see this. I want simething that when I go to a nice dinner I can wear and show folks we are #AppState and compare to anyone!
