Is Price a "Loner"?

Not being negative at all but was wondering why Price comes of the field and sits at a table away from everyone else by himself usually. (offensive unit).
I've noticed it the entire game.

Oh goodness, not this thread again...

...on second thought, every time this thread is made, Price just happens to look unstoppable again, so let's keep beating this dead horse because it does have an effect...

And to answer your question, he might have an introverted personality, and that's perfectly fine. Not everyone is rah-rah-rah all the time. Let's stop trying to dissect the kid and just enjoy the talent he brings to the table on Saturdays.

Yes, you are being negative. Again.

Maybe that's how he stays focused. Not everyone is the extroverted, interactive type player on the sidelines.

AE is a bit of a loner. Doesn't mean not a team guy.

After a slow storming of the field on Saturday with my daughter, I saw Price talking and taking pictures with fans. We walked over to him and without us even asking he called my daughter over to take a picture with him. Great guy. I am not concerned at all where he sits while he is not on the field as it obviously does not affect his performance on the field.

It just doesn't matter what type of personality he has. He doesn't have to be the life of the party on the sidelines or in the locker room. He seems to do his talking on the field, like AE did.

How is asking if about his personality being negative? someone said "not this again". I didn't see it the 1st time around.
I was just wondering if something was wrong. You people are the negative ones! You dissect every comment like you know the intent. There is nothing wrong if he is a loner. I don't know him and just asking.
Geez, some of you need to chill out.

He could be the greatest we've ever had by the time he leaves! Oh wait, someone will dissect that comment too!

Show me where i made a negative statement! Price just played a heck of a game as did others. It just concerned me watching him go sit by himself the entire game.
Again, where was my negative comment other than you reading things into my post and turning then into the intent you want??

As a strong introvert myself I did not see it as a negative statement to ask the question, nor anything wrong with him sitting alone to focus better, or just have some down time between his big plays.

I cannot see #14 on the sidelines (our seats are on the "STATE!!!" side), but we stayed and watched the celebration after the game. We all observed #14 interacting with the fans and having a great time with a big smile :D , You could tell he was happy. He was shaking hands with all fans, getting/giving hugs, and taking small (some not so small) kids and throwing them up in the air and catching them. That was great to watch. Seems like a cool kid with a great future ahead of him.

Because every...single...week there's a thread talking about Sean Price off the field if he doesn't have 500 yards and 10 touchdowns by the end of the game. Heck, go back and find the countless posts talking about how he's a "me-first" guy and the like...and that was after GREAT games!

For goodness sake, this kid is a REDSHIRT FRESHMAN, and is probably young enough to be a son for many members of this board. He did absolutely nothing wrong in this game. I will call out fans and I will call out coaches, but you won't see me on this board criticizing the players. Yes, they may end up giving me a heart attack down the road, but these are my peers and in some cases, my friends and classmates. They're just kids, not professional athletes.

Leave the player evaluation to the coaches and just enjoy the product on Saturdays.

Thanks for posting this. I am glad to know this about him. He has all the tools to go big time!

Price was doubled teamed over the top and on the inside. He still had 115 yards of offense. He's blocking, he running his routes hard, and he gets at least 3-5 yards after contact. I understand your concern but some athletes just for some reason or another want to clear their mind and sit alone during games. Price can do whatever he needs to do to stay focused. Remember AE used to do the same thing. This young man is the real deal now. He may break every receiving record at ASU. Barring injuries and staying on top of his classes.

Price can sit on top of the flag-pole as far as I'm concerned as long as he spends the next three playing seasons all (alone) down field, (all alone in the end zone), (all alone) in the record books number catches, number of yards gained after a catch, number of receiving TD"s, number of points scored in his ASU career.... he' young, still has three years plus to perfect this being (all alone)... hope we are positing his success and APP career for years, I have a gut feeling ASU fans will not be (all alone) in celebrating his achievements in 2015.

Price sits at the big guy table, where ever he sits. Hopes some others will join him.

He and some of his team mates came out to support girls volleyball today. Did not look like a loner to me.

He's not over there alone. He's just open. ;)
