No Troy, Arkansas State, or South Alabama, meaning we're at least another year away from further developing two rising rivalries. If the conference remains in its current state, it's not unfathomable to think we could go undefeated in the conference, if not 11-1, should we drop one to Georgia.

From what I've seen on Sun Belt OOC, in week three, between Savannah State and Wake Forest, the only other teams on out schedule that have that opening are Texas State and Georgia Southern. I seriously doubt they'll put us playing GaSo in mid-September right before Wake, especially since ESPN wants to keep that as a Thursday game, so Week 3 will either be an off week or at Texas State.

Other than SSU, that's a good home slate. Go Apps!

I really hope GS is in November. Game could decide the Sunbelt for us.

Favorable schedule. Not only with who we get at home, but also who we avoid having to play in conference play. My wayyy early prediction is 10-2 (UGA & Wake) and that it would work out for us to finish outright champs.

Possible to change that to a 11-1 prediction as the season gets closer.

I see 12-0. Why? Because we are playing 12 games.

Edit: Make that 13-0, for the bowl.

If we don't go 10-2 I will be VERY disappointed. There is just no reason to lose a conference game this year. Very easy schedule.

With that schedule I might be slightly disappointed if we DO go 10-2.

I want to see who we play on the short week before making those type of claims.

I'd love us to play at Idaho on a Wednesday, but that's doubtful.

Did GS suck enough to keep that game on a Saturday.
