- Login to your Yosef account
- Either create a new pledge or select existing pledge
- Click Pay Now button
- Enter donation amount (1/12th of annual total)
- Click View Scheduled Payment options
- Select M-01 (monthly - currently the only option)
- Verify payment method
- Click Create Payment Plan
Thanks to Alan Daniel at Yosef, the mystery of my account has been resolved. It seems a gift I made in 2016 for Laps for Apps was also listed as a 2017 pledge. Quick fix. Monthly payments scheduled. All is well.
Also, if you renew / order your season tickets now, you may pay in 5 monthly installments (January through May). They're doing all they can to make giving and purchasing tickets as easy as possible for those of us who want to / need to spread our giving out over multiple months.

Online through your Yosef account or when you were renewing season tickets? I must not be holding my mouth right.

I think I still owe for last year. They jacked my monthly payment thing up last year. Some months wouldn't debit, then to catch up it would take extra out the following month. Kind of pushed me away from wanting to do that again, but it's the only way I can afford to contribute more than I would with a single payment. I hope they get it fixed, I would love to be able to contribute more.

For those on the fence, this is the only way I have ever contributed to Yosef. Been paying monthly for 10+ years and makes it a whole lot easier to give more when you can. Call Yosef and they'll set it up. Very easy.

Yep, I had issues getting the monthly to set up on-line, so I just called and talked to Allen and he's making it happen for me. Great guy to talk to and very helpful.

I'm planning on making my donation and buying season tickets all at one time when my tax return comes in, but going forward this looks like it may be the way to go.

I have always paid mine in installments, only way I could afford my giving level. They would do themselves a favor if they made it easier for people to do that online and made it known to folks that you can do it that way.

WOW! $2500. I can tell you must not be living on a teacher's retirement pay. Thank you for making up for what I can't afford to give. Thank goodness we have generous alumni like you.

This is how I've been doing since I first joined in 2010-11. So glad YC is on a calendar year schedule. Go Apps!

Call the Yosef office. They should be able to get you squared away.
Thanks for being part of Yosef!

That's the thing about it...After giving up on the pitiful (I mean this with love) website, I decided to give it a try over the phone. A plus customer service, but the post interaction processing errors really annoyed me. When I called multiple times nobody seemed to know what was causing the problem. I'm waiting for the remaining balance bill for 2016 (However much that may be) before I try for 2017. Perhaps I can use this issue as a reason to give my wife to visit Boone and do this in person. I will donate regardless of the pain point, but please pass that on to your Yosef Club connections.

I will definitely pass this along. Now that the Yosef office staff seems to have settled some, I'm hoping issues like this will be fewer and farther between.

I don't mess with the web site. I simply have a recurring monthly payment to Yosef thru my online checking account. Works well for me.

Does Yosef Club offer disabled veteran discounts? I'm finally an alumni as of December and would love to join, but we are trying to be responsible with money for the purchase of our cabin.

I owe $.01 from last year so I get that message about the percentages not adding up.
Edit: Paid the $.01 but still got the same message. One day the Yosef Club will enter the 21st Century.

I tired using the online feature to setup monthly installments last year and make a multi-year pledge to increase my points and it was a mess. Ending up calling in and the staff got me setup pretty quickly. I don't mind calling, but everyone is so used to do things like bill pay and donations online these days that some people will get turned off. Unfortunately the people most likely to give up will be new donors and people that are on the fence about giving anyway. If we want to grow the YC we have to make it as easy as possible especially for younger alumni that don't use the phone much to do business.
I don't see why we can't setup a YC specific page or a link to an online payment system that is separate from what the university uses? I've had to setup these types of systems at work and it's really not that difficult although there is some cost of course. That cost would easily get offset by increased donations. Whoever we use for credit cards at the concession stands should be able to set this up. If not seems like a good time to shop around.
