Those of you who haven't taken the fan survey yet may want to wait a bit. They're "experiencing some challenges" with the survey page that allows for additional feedback on band / DJ / sound so all that's allowed in response is the bubble answers. The Yosef office is aware of the problem and is working to fix that page.

You're a season ticket holder and have an account you access through appstatesports.com? I believe those are the folks that are getting the survey.

The problem with the account on AppStateSports.com is for some reason, it constantly changes my email back to my old student email address. I have changed it at least 10 times in my profile and it ALWAYS defaults back to my student email address. So, I am sure that is where the survey email went to.

Yes I took the survey and there were several glitches...

Completed it this morning with no issues.

More band, less DJ.

North Carolina Band of Extinction is what the band has become. Giving way to poorly timed and played hits from today. I am 30 and relate and listen to most songs played by the DJ, but those are songs for the car or for the gym. I need to hear the band when watching a college football game.

Same here as mine defaults to an old appstate account from 10 years ago. I've changed it, they've changed it but it still defaults back. Beyond frustrated.

Have you updated your contact information in the alumni records? If not, please go here App Alumni and update your information [choose Get Connected then Update My Info]. I think part of the problem is that the university uses one system (Banner) while athletics uses another (Neulion). Banner is the one considered to be "right". So when the two are merged, it seems that the Banner info overrides the Neulion info ... or something like that.

That's also the reason that giving done through the Give Now function on appstate,edu doesn't automatically appear in our Yosef accounts. The information has to be exported from Banner and imported into Neulion.

I'm not sure when our Neulion contract runs out. The folks in athletics are keenly aware of the issues. In the meantime, let's help them (and ourselves) out by updating our alumni information.

Can I say I agree with Saint and I think the survey was a bit strange on how they wrote some of the questions.
You would think they would have a comment section at the end...... so I could write what Saint said

That was my whole point in starting the thread ... encouraging folks to wait a bit to see if they get the comment section on band / DJ fixed. I, too, am glad to see an effort at getting fan feedback. Certainly, there were positive changes made last year in response to the survey.

Yes I have done that.. multiple times. They both default back to my old email within a week of changing it.

Don't think we needed a survey to tell them about this. I wrote the AD last year about the DJ music.

Went to my account and can't find anything relative to a survey.
