New System Glitch

I woke up this morning to emails from my bank and ASU Athletics about a payment plan charge I set up for the 2016 Camelia Bowl made on the credit card I have on file with the ASU Ticket Office. My first thought was "say What????" Since I have already paid for my 2017 season tickets and paid for the Camellia Bowl last December I was confused. After several attempts to reach the ticket office I was told it was due to a glitch with the new system and they are working to correct it. I just wonder how widespread this glitch is and If any of you on the Board were affected also. FYI.

This happened to me as well. My card had been ran twice early this morning. I called and spoke with the YC office, and they said they would notify me when the issue was fixed.

I woke up to the same. Got charged for Camilla Bowl tickets and an additional payment on season tickets that I paid off last month. Spoke to the ticket office and was assured that the money will be refunded.

Ticket office has notified folks involved. Credits are being processed. All is well.

After reading this thread I decided to check my account as well. I've tried using MS Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari on my iPad, rebooting my computer and I can't login in to my YC account at all. The computers won't cooperate. I've called the YC office and the only explanation has been the "glitches" but no resolutions. Their office shows my account still active. Has anyone else had problems logging in to their YC account?

Right now I get the blue circle of doom and don't get to the login at all.

The login was still to the old NeuLion system as late as last week. I'd guess they transitioned the website first since that would be easiest and then scheduled the donor record / login transition. I'd give them through the weekend to migrate and test data and contact them Tuesday if there are still issues.

I called to see if I was part of the glitch. I was, but did not get the email. They assured me it had been corrected with an instruction to void the charges.

I got double billed today as well but I have not received any email from ASU as of yet.

I guess everyone might not have been as mad if it were the Peach Bowl prepaid.
