Nothing unusual - there are always tickets available on the secondary market for all sporting events, sold out or otherwise.
Only thing I find odd is that Bret decided to give Vivid Seats some free advertising like that.

Exactly why I posted that second link! I'm surprised it got by the editorial desk. That's usually "file 13" material. Strange!EastHallApp wrote:Nothing unusual - there are always tickets available on the secondary market for all sporting events, sold out or otherwise.

I am sure this will all make sense soon enough.asu66 wrote:Exactly why I posted that second link! I'm surprised it got by the editorial desk. That's usually "file 13" material. Re: WSJ Headline: WFU v. App State "Sold Out" as of 1 PM Tues.
I'm already looking ahead to next years "event games", and unfortunately so are UNCC fans.
When we make the trip to UNCC's little stadium the 49er fans are already planning on scalping tickets to make our fans pay large amounts of money to attend the game. They know our demand will far outweigh anything they have seen in that little stadium. Some of their fans only want them to sell to other 49er fans, but I have a feeling most will cave to the dollar. I hope we outnumber them 2 to 1 in the biggest game they have ever played.
Does anyone know about how many tickets we have requested up front in the home and home deal we signed with them?

Probably because that's the only way WF fans can get tickets. If you go to the WF Sports page they link directly to Vividseats site when it comes to our game.EastHallApp wrote:Nothing unusual - there are always tickets available on the secondary market for all sporting events, sold out or otherwise.

Has the kick-off time been set yet? I need to schedule a family event and the timing could be impacted by the game...

If I recall, times are released 12 days prior to the game.
Went to the SunBelt site and confirmed.
