Around this time in 2015 Big C and I were planning to make episode #1. Now we've hit 100 episodes. Time flies when you're having fun!

We debut the #BGPMailSatchel and Stephen Machanic joins us. BGP HOF Steve Brown also joins the fun with our special guest!

If you love App State history this could be your favorite episode of all time. App State's first ever strength and conditioning coach - Chip Sigmon - is our special guest. He was there from 84-90 and has so many stories that we'd still be recording if we didn't stop.
