Tennesee wasn't any good last year haha. I think he forgot what happened last year, 34-31.

Anything prior to 2014 (2016 really) is completely irrelevant to the question of how we stack up against P5 opponents.

This is why I get tired of hearing about our prior record vs P5 competition. We were at 63 scholarships and at a distinct disadvantage in terms of overall talent. The fact that we had any wins is a feather in our cap. IMO, we shouldn't look at anything prior to last year as a predictor since we were either in FCS or transitioning from FCS and our roster was mainly filled with FCS recruits.

Georgia is the favored team, but it isn't going to be an enormous upset for #39 to beat #15. It probably won't even rank as one of the top 500 upsets of all time. In fact, I bet Georgia has 25 worse losses in its history if not more. It will mark a milestone for us as a program as our biggest win since being FBS, that is all.

I doubt we'd even break the top 25 next week with a win and UGA would remain because we're a "good loss". It's sucks but that's just the way it goes. Now a UGA win then continue the win streak I think enough teams would crack to get us top 25 by game 4 against Wake.
