Whether we Win OR Lose tomorrow

Unread post by Rick83 » Fri Sep 22, 2017 8:53 am

I am so damn proud of our program!
Growing up in Winston-Salem, I never dreamed that Wake would ever drive up the mountain to play us. I've got a lot of respect for Clawson. I'm thinking it's going to be a dog fight to the end...just like most of our 22 past games have been. They're better...but so are we...and the game's at The Rock! Go App!

Everyone start hydrating and stop talking for the remainder of the day to rest up those vocal cords. 8-)

Yup! My mindset is prepare for the worst, hope for the best. Either way I'm just excited to have an ACC program at KBS. I'm a huge Liverpool FC supporter too (football and soccer are basically the only sports I care about) and a few years ago we were back in the Champions League after a bit of a hiatus. We had Real Madrid come to Anfield and we got drubbed, but it was just neat having a team like that play at the stadium of the team you love. I'm so excited to have a team like Wake Forest in Boone, and I hope this becomes a game that is regularly played.
