They look like crap from the stands. Dull black and no logo as far as anyone more than 20 feet away can tell.

They really do look cool in the vid above, but on TV, you can't tell there is even a logo.

I thought it was no logo from the stands. And it looked awesome.

As long as the students and recruits are hyped about what we are wearing I could care less. But for what it’s worth both home combos have looked awesome.

Biggest marketing mistake people make is messing with logo/brand. Couldnt see anything from the stands or on TV, those are missed opportunities. As in, ESPN highlights, "who is that"?

Chill, everybody, it's a game helmet decal. It's an easy peel-off and will probably be replaced before this week is over.

Yeah, I liked it a lot in the video they tweeted, but the logo was hard to see on TV. Still, not a problem. Glad they went for it with the blackout theme. I wouldn't be opposed to all black everything for Black Saturday.

Well with just about every program in the country stealing one of App's (and several other schools') primary color, the only way to differentiate ourselves is to "blackout" and go all black.

Every FBS team in the state of NC has taken App and Wake's color as a gimmick alternative jersey/helmet to sell more merchandise and "attract recruits".

You could see the black block A on TV when the camera was zoomed in. I liked them for Black Saturday.

I thought it was pretty badass. Left my regular seat in 204 WW to join the student section and it was clearly visible from there.

We are really looking pretty hard for things to complain about.

I think i'd be asking prospective linemen what they want on the helmet.........We have lost our running game.
