Fortunately football is how almost everybody makes money. Basketball only makes money for a select few. Baseball even fewer.

and just a few years ago Coach Pollard had our baseball program in back to back NCAA tourneys and a win away from a super regional.
Empathy? Do you mean apathy? You probably shouldn't lecture me on semantics without an adult around to help. Otherwise, bazinga!, you really got me.MAD Doctor wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2017 4:58 am
"Commuter" is a compliment you should embrace. It implies that there is an excuse for the empathy. Otherwise, you are just a traditional college that your own students, alumni, community, and local media couldn't care less about. However, if you prefer "suitcase college" that's fine.

Today's word should be irony, because you spelling grammatical wrong is just the best. Thanks.AppStateNews wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2017 3:04 pmTypical troll move. Case in point. Apologies I am on a phone not paying attention to spelling. I'm busy managing my 49er graduates. Trying to get them to learn common sense. They don't understand that everyone isn't from within 5 miles of the business.Nugget49 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2017 5:34 pmToday's word should be irony, because you spelling grammatical wrong is just the best. I wouldn't attempt to lecture you, as one can't teach stupid. Empathy refers to you and your fellow forty-whiners being able to commiserate in the embarrassment and humiliation of attending a commuter school with a football team that only makes the local sports page when it's quarterback rapes someone. When you say apathy, you must mean pathetic, which actually works too. But it's nice to see you get your swag back after avoiding a winless season, even if it was against a school that didn't have a team last year. Don't stay up late trolling our board tonight. You need to pack your laundry hamper and gas up, because tomorrow is Friday, and you'll want to get the jump on everyone leaving campus.Nugget49 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2017 2:47 pmEmpathy? Definitely not in teaching. In fact, I manage a few engineers from UNCC. I don't even have an engineering degree. Yet, they've been in the field longer than I have, but report to me. And that's supposed to be a top degree for UNC Concord.. hmmmNugget49 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2017 9:00 pmJust tell me you are not a teacher.AppStateNews wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2017 5:39 pmCase in point.
