There's no news because it's college and there is no required injury report, plus the coaches never really divulge that info

We'll see come Tuesday when they go back to full practice who's not on the field, who's in green/orange, and who's not.

I would guess that Lamb is dinged up pretty badly also. He is still playing but his throws are lacking from his usual self. He is gutsy, gives his all and usually wins but I doubt he is 100% healthy.

Any chance that he sits for UMass? It is a non conference game.

I doubt you see him sit unless he is physically unable to go. I just fear he's one hit away while playing as banged up as he is.

Yeah I think Lamb is hurt, after our success passing against Wake I don't get why we'd just stop trying to throw the ball further than 15 yards but that's what we've done the past two weeks. Then again, Lamb threw a pretty solid deep pass to Lewis yesterday so I don't know what the deal is there. I don't think he's 100% though, would like more information on that but I doubt we get it. Offense just looks so limited we're easy to stop until we're forced to open it up.

Lamb seems a bit dinged up. He's a tough one, though, and won't give up unless forced to do so. Taylor is a great leader (IMO) and rallies the troops well. I, for one, will miss him next year.

We're at that point in the season where there are always going to be important players injured. That's the bad news. The good news is that most teams are in the same predicament.

The weird thing is that while the playcalling does make me wonder if Lamb is healthy, when he has gotten to throw it he generally looks pretty good. So I don't know.

But I do know you don't sit him if he can go. Let's leave the OOC tanking to A-State.

Moore and Upshaw seemed to be stingers or something. Moore went back in when Upshaw was hurt.

There is definitely no "back down" or "give up" on this team. I'm proud to call them Mountaineers!

Lamb ran ok and his touchdown pass down the middle to
Ike Lewis was spot on. Don't think we'd be running Lamb if he was dinged. I do recall Upshaw had a stinger against Wake and it looked like a carbon copy of it Saturday. Hoping Edge- Campbell's knee is just a strain.
